Understanding the purpose of the birth of Jesus Christ is vital as we celebrate Christmas. I believe with all of my heart that it is not just about the date but also about the fact that He was born. The Bible and history makes it clear that this Man Jesus physically walked the earth for a period of thirty-three and half years. Jesus came to redeem lost man. Jesus came to display the love of God. Jesus came to restore fellowship with man.
